Capital Finishing in Belleville and Oregon are looking to hire a qualified Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance needs at both locations.

Shift Details:

6:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Position Open:

Maintenance Technician.

Reports To:

Plant Manager.


$25+ Based on Experience.

Primary Job Function:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for all preventative and general maintenance of the building and grounds keeping activities. This position will go to both Oregon & Belleville plant locations.

Job Description:

  • General Building and repair.
  • Perform Corrective/Preventative maintenance of production lines.
  • Ability to perform minor machining and welding.
  • Maintains and modifies equipment.
  • Ability to install fixtures, wiring and other electrical components.
  • Ability to install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment and tools.
  • Performs routine maintenance on equipment and forklifts.
  • Assist supervisors with general maintenance.
  • Oversees building maintenance.
  • General cleaning and labor.
  • Wears proper safety equipment and uses proper safety techniques at all times.

Experience Required:

  • Ability to operate hand and power tools.
  • Ability to stand for 8 plus hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic Math skills.
  • Ability to Read and Write.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and well with others.
  • Previous experience in a production environment a plus.
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience preferred.
  • Forklift certified, or the ability to become forklift certified.
  • Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment.
